Duties of H.R OPERATIONAL EXECUTIVE

Support recruitment process and ensure the right talent joins the team
Monitoring CRM, and analyze team performance
Messaging & Managing Customers via Whatsapp/Facebook/Instagram Messenger
Call Customers by call or Whatsapp and inform/promote special offers, promotions
