By registering with www.EQMarriageService.com you become a service receiver and agree to bound with the following refund policy as a service receiver (also known as member or user). If you do not agree with following terms and conditions, you are not eligible to become a member (or user) of www.EQMarriageService.com.

1. After successfully activating the profile, the Paid membership fees are not refundable for ANY reasons under any circumstances. (செலுத்தப்பட்ட அங்கத்துவ கட்டணங்கள் அங்கத்தவர்களுக்கு எக்காரணத்திலும் மீள் செலுத்த படமாட்டாது)
2. If the customer request refund before the activation of the profile, and if such request is received within 2 working days since the payment is processed, the 10% the paid membership fees will be deducted as administrative cost, and balance can be refunded.
